Skill Development Camp - June 14-17, 2010 6:00pm-9:00pm

Our Skills Camp focuses on the individual skills of passing,
setting, hitting and blocking based on each athlete's level of experience.
Attention is centered around individual instruction and repetitive drills.
Camp is designed for both beginners and experienced players. Developing
proper technique is critical to becoming a great volleyball player.
Proper technique for serving, passing, setting, hitting and blocking will be introduced
Height, vertical reach and vertical jump will be measured
Video will be used to assist in developing your hitting technique
Our hitting machine will also assist with your hitting skills
Team drills and scrimmage

High Intensity Camp - July 12-15, 2010 6:00pm-9:00pm
Our second camp will be a high intensity camp that will help you
take your game to the next level.
Emphasis will be on vigorous repetitions and high energy
drills utilizing the basic volleyball skills.
Physical conditioning and plyometric training will be
stressed. The camp
is intended for serious volleyball players willing to
work hard to achieve their goals.
This camp will be great preparation for your school
tryouts.
On Tuesday night of each camp at 7:00pm a special session will be
held for parents entitled " Being a Good Volleyball Parent - The
Ugly Truth". Both camps are open to boys and girls ages 18 and under and will
be held at:
San Antonio College
1300 San Pedro
San Antonio, Texas

coaching experience at the middle school, high school,
